Sunday Morning Tales
This is the place I would like to be today... A traditional Greek mountainous village!
I imagine myself going for a walk in the village's snowy narrow streets, taking photographs of the beautiful surroundings with my camera and then relaxing in front of the fireplace, drinking rakomelo with good company!!!

Bedroom: Natural Linens
An improvised bed made by raw wooden beams and tree trunks, with a super soft mattress and airy linen curtains around it, in the color of sand, makes you feel so close to the nature in an elegant way!

Kid's Room: Happy Walls
Make your kid's room a dreamy place, by painting a wall with the hero or the scenery of your kid's favorite fairytale, movie or theme and help them encourage their imagination by living in a unique room which fits their own personality, full of vivid colors and happy drawings on the walls.

Loft
I love so much this loft!!! It constitutes a sample of how I really would like my home to be. Massive windows, high ceilings, exposed bricks, concrete, rusted steel beams and cement tiles are my best. I also like the contrast of the two opposite walls. In the dining area a totally functional storage wall has been constructed while in the opposite side of the space a wonderful art wall has been created over the bed.

Fireplace: Wood Storage III
Such a smart double purpose construction! A metallic bookself is hanging on the wooden raw wall and in its base there is a well designed special place which allows you to store the wood for your fireplace. It is an excellent idea that gives to the room a lovely industrial touch...

Amazing Rural House
In French Dordogne, in the Aquitaine region, there is a wonderful rural housing that smells Spring, as its every single corner even the majority of furniture are painted in white.
In order to break the monochrome which is ruling and give some liveliness to the spaces, the owner has chosen to add some touches of extra vivid colors. He used bubblegum pink, blue and lime green to add a pop touch and some black combined with gold to give more elegance.
The "game" of mix and match of furniture (my loved one), pieces and materials of different styles and eras -industrial and avant-garde elements with some more classical lines- has an amazing and playful result.

Folder HOTEL: Graine-Ficelle
In Saint Jeannet, in the heart of the French Riviera, between the sea and the mountains, a farmhouse transformed into a charming hotel for those who love the nature and the animals.
The 260s.m. house can accomodate you in its four spacious bedrooms with a fabulous view over the valley and the sea. One of them is independent with its own kitchen and access to a private garden. You can also relax in the large double living room or savor all the delicacies of the garden in its enormous kitchen.
The house is constructed with natural materials as stone, cement and wood so as to be harmonized to the environment.
The use of some old iron and wood furniture, which belonged to the owner's family, gives a lovely aged look while the modern appliances and the light fixtures give a contemporary touch to the spaces.
I really adore its kitchen with this marvellous floor to ceilling glass partition which allows you to enjoy the garden's view.... I think that it's the kitchen of my dreams!!!!

Red Brick House
In an old australian barn, Daniel and Glenny have organised a house with the spirit of recycling... For them, the mix of styles is a priority: a touch of industrial, some French pieces and some furniture dating from colonial Australia. Each element has its own history, and the aged appearance of objects contributes greatly to the spirit of the barn.
The construction took 3 years to be completed and Daniel has used a lot of recycled materials and has developed the construction's plans by himself.
Some pieces, as the coffee table in the living room, which is a Tolix furniture dating from 40's and the clock which is originally a promotional item for a chocolate company came from Frace. Kitchen's tiles also were brought ten years ago, from a trip to a small village in northern Portugal.
The owners didn't hesitate to add some industrial touch in the decoration, using six Tolix chairs in the kitchen, painted in blue gray. They found them in an industrial workshop in Melbourn.
The barn's atmosphere becomes brighter with the use of white in the ceiling and in the walls and every room constitutes a white canvas where the wonderful eclectic furniture are highlighted!
